To finish off the epic celebration of ten years of adidas Spezial, the adidas Manchester is back and has been released again with the help of CP Company. The recent collection certainly caught the eye and was a fitting tribute to the range, and the Manchester SPZL were always likely to be top of the tree. That's not all for us this week as we've added a new trio of Handball Spezial, all of which are varying shades of blue.
SPZL X CP Company
One of the main themes of the 10 Year Spezial collection has been returning to tried and tested models, and the adidas Manchester have always got the crowd on their feet. This is the fourth time the model has been used as part of a Spezial collection, and this time the colourway is back to the original. The material and branding may have changed slightly but the shoe is no less enticing than the GT Manchester from 2016.
Blue Handball Trio
The follow up to the top dog are actually three similar models with a bit less hype around them. This indigo version of Handball Spezial come with three different coloured stripes, which has become increasingly common over the last year. The concept no doubt splits opinion but on the whole has been a success.
Our next model has a lovely pale blue upper and 'almost' yellow stripes, which also features on the tongue. The normal brown gum midsole has been ditched for a white gum midsole, which will also split the crowd. To keep the traditionalists happy this model comes with round laces rather than the flat ones being used more regularly for the Handball Spezial.
Our final pair of Handball is another light blue pair, which is part of the women's collection. The sky blue upper has some vibrant orange stripes to go with it, and that shade has also been used for the side writing. The sizes we're stocking are for a bigger footed woman or a smaller footed man.
