We've got three brand new models to bring you this week bursting with colour, plus a couple of older pairs of Country OG that are back in stock. First up are three new designs of Gazelle Indoor, which all have different upper materials but remarkably none of which are suede. The colour dries up with the two Country OG additions but a bit of white and black are always a practical alternative.
To the Amalfi coast
Our first model of Gazelle Indoor is inspired by the iconic Italian coastline, as this model has been nicknamed the 'Amalfi'. The turquoise stripes represent the sea colour and the white leather upper has been picked to match the white houses in the town of Amalfi. This model of Gazelle Indoor is primarily a European only release.
Synthetic Gazelle Indoor
Our next new model of Gazelle Indoor comes from the range featuring a synthetic upper, which has some practical advantages over suede and has a nice finish to it as well. This blue and yellow is primarily from the women's collection but is available in sizes ranging from a 6 to an 11.
Let's get meshy
Probably the least common of the three materials on show is the mesh version featured here, which comes in a Halloween style orange and black combination. The mesh design features breathability whilst also having enough structure to be worn as an everyday shoe, rather than just the summer.
And finally.. cross country time
The Country OG are one of the older and more well known of the vintage adidas models to be released primarily for long distance running, that have since become everyday casual trainers. Both the model we're restocking have a smooth leather upper and leather stripes.
The Country OG is easily recognised through the slanted heel, which once upon a time was cutting edge running technology. The cushioned EVA midsole was also an innovation for runners, which when compared to the modern methods of midsole cushioning seems very basic. Good job they're easy to wear as casual trainers!
