More exciting stuff from our favourite collection this week, with the arrival of more Spezial footwear. We've taken in stock of all six of the recent collection, including the Lothertex SPZl and Barrowland Green/Orange. In some cases sizes and stock are limited so don't hang about!
Lotherton turn into Lothertex
We loved the Lotherton SPZL from 2020 and it was a shame they were so hard to get hold of. For 2022, the Lotherton are back in a slightly different form, with the materials completely re-worked. The suede upper has been ditched for a sturdy leather, and more importantly an AdiTex membrane has been added to keep your feet dry. This is the same material used on the Winterhill, and makes the Lothertex a great trainer all year round.
Green Barrowland
Another popular choice from this range was the Barrowland, which came in two fantastic colourways. This signature green version is slightly more sought after than the black, and has some vibrant orange stripes to match. The upper is mostly mesh with suede overlays, and is quite unique for having asymmetric toe-boxes.
More Carnforth Sizes
The Adidas Carnforth were the leisure shoe of this range, which featured an olive green leather upper and trekking style midsole. Although a leisure shoe, the design has taken inspiration from outdoor walking shoe called the Madrisa.
More outdoorsy Winterhill
The Winterhill has become part of the Spezial furniture over the years with three releases, and this navy version might be the best. The upper material has changed slightly to a ripstop, which gives even more durability over previous releases.
And finally.. more Moscrop and Barrowland Black
To complete the set we've got the last two pairs from the collection in a few more sizes. In the case of the Moscrop these are likely to go very quickly as only a couple of new sizes have become available.
The alternative colourway to the Barrowland SPZL is this black and blue pair, which doesn't have the vibrancy of the green. This model is the cheapest of the lot however, and we've managed to keep our batch under retail.
